Barack Obama: Benevolent Dictator for Life?

Today's political silliness comes in the form of BARACK OBAMA: PRESIDENT FOR LIFE.

The "I told you so"s are flying around social networks this morning as conservatives are all abuzz about legislation introduced in the House to abolish term limits for the President.

"SEE! I told you he was going to try to take over and ruin our country!"

This is spurred by Representative Jose Serrano introducing House Joint Resolution 15 which says:

Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President.

And conservatives lost their minds:

And this isn't the first time this Communist Serrano has tried to introduce this demonic legislation! After Barack Obama was elected the first time and even BEFORE his inauguration, this Commie introduced that Bill to try to get Obama made President for Life.

In 2011: H.J.Res.17 - Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President.

In 2009: H.J.Res.5 - Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President. 

This is SO obviously a liberal plot to get Obama elected for life.

That's why Serrano also introduced this legisation EVERY TWO YEARS when Bush was President also.

In 2007: H.J.Res.8 - Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President.

In 2005: H.J.Res.9 - Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President.

In 2003: H.J.Res.11 - Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President.

In 2001: H.J.Res.4 - Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President.

The point of all this is: Take a fucking breath and think before you lose your mind. Not EVERYTHING is a plot to destroy you and your way of life or some crazy shit like that. Stop, think, and RESEARCH before you respond.
